The blend of Xinomavro, Negkoska, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot reflects the diversity of their vineyards, while the use of biodynamic cultivation methods enhances the natural balance of the soil and biodiversity. Low-yield farming allows the wine to express itself to the fullest, while minimal intervention in the vineyard and cultivation allows the natural character of the vineyard to shine.

Maturation of the wine for at least 12 months in oak barrels imparts rich aromas and structure, while additional aging in the bottle for another 12 months allows the flavors and varieties to harmonize and express themselves even more harmoniously. The result is a wine that combines rich taste experience with the authentic expression of the land and the philosophy of its producers.
