The Katsaros family has been producing wines based on classic French standards since the early '80s. Dimitris Katsaros passed the reins of the winery to his son, Euripides, in 2007. Since then, the estate's illustrious journey continues, and each year their wines, apart from winning awards, gain more and more devoted followers.

Ktima Katsaros Chardonnay is one of the most highly esteemed white wines in Greece, and every year it sells out a few months after its release. The reason? Its balance, typicity, and finesse! The vineyards are located at an altitude of 530 - 640 meters, contributing to a wine with crisp and lemony acidity. Aging in selected French oak barrels for 5-6 months gives it volume, richness, and complexity. The result is a rich, buttery, and well-balanced Chardonnay, with exceptional aging potential and evolution over time.
