The wine is created from a combination of two Greek varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko. Following pre-fermentation cold maceration, the vinification takes place in stainless steel cooled tanks at around 18°C. The wine has a bright pale straw color with greenish reflections. Its nose is expressive, with alternating impressions, as alongside exotic fruits, notes of pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs, and lemon pass through.
The initial contact in the mouth exudes elegance, while the overall presence is characterized by richness, harmony, pleasant liveliness, and a lemony finish. Consumption is recommended within the first 2 years of its life.
