This wine is produced from the grapes of the Rhoditis Alepou (Kokkinara) variety from selected vineyards in the Semi-mountainous Ilia, combined with the Malagousia variety from the estate's vineyards. The process involves classic white winemaking, with fermentation lasting 40 days, showcasing the characteristics of the varieties.
The wine has a white-yellow color and aromas of green apple and bergamot. On the palate, it is rich, with a long-lasting aftertaste. These characteristics are showcased through the traditional production process and careful selection of grapes.
