This red wine from the Tatsis brothers' vineyards is essentially a Young Vines Negoska, offering excellent value for money. The grapes are sourced from young vineyards, up to 12 years old, and undergo destemming and classic red wine fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures during alcoholic fermentation. Aging takes place in tanks and part of the harvest is aged in barrels, without stabilization and bottling without filtration.
The wine has a ruby color with tile red highlights. The nose is intense, complex, and slightly rustic, with classic Xinomavro aromas of tomato, olive paste, dried red fruits, berries, cherries, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is round, with fresh fruit, moderate, velvety tannins, and pleasant acidity in a well-balanced ensemble. It has a long aftertaste with fruity and spicy notes.
