Periklis and Stelios Tatsis produce this absolutely dry Roditis from their biodynamic vineyards in Goumenissa. It is an exceptional expression of the variety, filled with the true energy of Roditis at its best. Like all the family-owned vineyards, Roditis is cultivated using biodynamic practices. The fruit of the variety is enhanced with a mineral dimension reminiscent of chalk, and the wine's contact with the lees is the "key" that adds extra depth and complexity. Just like all their wines, it's a "raw," unadulterated expression of the variety, daring without carrying the extremes or wildness of orange Roditis.
