"Robola from the vineyard of Panochori, from old vines of Robola at an altitude of 700 meters, in rocky and arid soil. Spontaneous fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts, maturation in stainless steel tanks, fermentation and aging in neutral oak barrels and bottling without filtration, low sulfur and without any other interventions. Medium lemon color and delicate aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, citrus, peach, and white flowers, along with mineral notes reminiscent of wet stone, slate, and saltiness. In the mouth, it has an impressive structure, medium to full body, oily texture, and sharp acidity."
