A simple, fresh, dry, rosé wine - closer to a very light red than a colored white. The philosophy and character of George Skouras' wines, in an excellent quality-price ratio. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Brief maceration, inhibition of malolactic fermentation, brief aging on fine lees. The color is bright, light cherry with rosy highlights. The nose is lively, full of clarity with aromas of ripe cherries, hints of sweet spices, blossoms, and notes of rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with medium to high acidity and a slight sensation of very ripe tannins. The palate aromas follow those of the nose along with hints of sweet grass and bubblegum.
